What counts as a connected social profile?
One Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Company Page, X account, YouTube channel, Pinterest account or Bluesky account counts as one profile. Facebook plus Instagram counts as two. Starter includes 5, Growth 15 and Scale 40 profiles in total across all networks and brands in one workspace. Reusing the same profile in several brand folders counts once; creating more folders does not add allowance.
What uses a Postavel AI action?
One successful adaptation for one network uses one action. Adapt a post for three networks and you use three. Starter includes 100, Growth 300 and Scale 1000 actions per paid billing period. Automatic length corrections and YouTube tags in that adaptation are included. A separate hashtag request uses one action. Failed results do not use an action; an interrupted request can remain held until checked. Your remaining count appears in the editor. Each AI request accepts up to 10,000 content characters and 2,000 characters of brand writing guidelines. Oversized requests are rejected without using an adaptation.
Can I use Postavel on my own or through an AI assistant?
Yes. Create and manage posts in the app or connect a compatible AI assistant through MCP. Collaboration and approvals are optional. Text generated by your own assistant does not use Postavel AI actions, but your assistant provider may charge you. Account limits and X publishing allowances still apply.
Is X included, including posts with links?
Yes. Starter includes 10, Growth 30 and Scale 75 X publications per paid billing period. One post sent to one X account uses one publication, whether or not it contains a link. A reply or each item in a thread also uses one. Sending the same post to two X accounts uses two. These are Postavel publishing allowances; X charges Postavel for API operations separately.
What happens when I use my included X allowance?
X publishing pauses when no available allowance remains. You can optionally buy $10 for 30 additional X publications. There is no automatic purchase. Purchased publications carry forward; unused included publications reset with the billing period. Included publications are used first. Buying more does not automatically publish an old queue. Other networks remain available subject to your subscription and their limits.
Does deleting a post give its allowance back?
Deleting a successfully published post does not undo its usage or the provider cost. Canceling an unsent post releases its reserved allowance only when no provider request was sent. If a request may already have reached X, its allowance stays held while the result is checked. Deleting a brand or reconnecting an account does not reset usage.
Is there a monthly publication limit on other networks?
Postavel does not set a separate monthly publication count for supported non-X networks. Connected-profile limits still apply, as do network rules, publishing rate limits, file limits and workspace storage capacity. Starter includes 5 GB of original-file storage, Growth 15 GB and Scale 50 GB. A new upload that exceeds the allowance is blocked; existing files are kept. This does not mean unlimited file storage or unrestricted bulk automation.
What can I do during the trial?
The 7-day trial includes 5 connected profiles, 20 Postavel AI actions and 7 X publications in total. No card is required and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. To continue after the trial, choose a paid plan. Starting checkout does not mean a payment has succeeded: wait for confirmation before relying on new allowances.
